Job Title: Data Governance Specialist
">The role of the Information Management Officer is pivotal in supporting our unique workforce, ensuring the effective management of information assets.
Our team works closely with internal stakeholders and external areas to facilitate the creation, maintenance, and preservation of information, aligning with our enterprise strategy.
The Information Management Officer will have opportunities to contribute to shaping innovative information management processes and solutions as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to monitoring, triage, and resolution of enquiries via our incident management tool.
2. Manage physical records holdings - including archival transfers, stocktakes, retention, preservation, and disposal in line with legislative and policy requirements.
3. Assist in developing and maintaining information management guidelines and quick reference materials.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure positive outcomes.
Requirements: The successful applicant must obtain and maintain a security clearance.
