About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR solutions implementer to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing UKG Pro Kronos systems for clients across various industries.
- Design and implement UKG Pro Kronos configurations and integrations for clients, with a focus on Retail Store solutions and Boomi Integrations.
- Built strong knowledge in UKG/Kronos functional configuration building blocks and its deployment using SDM (Setup Data Manager) and PTM (Paragon Transfer Tool).
- Configure and implement UKG Pro Kronos systems for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in HR system implementation.
- Strong knowledge of UKG/Kronos functional configuration building blocks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
