Job DescriptionThe Business Development Manager requires driving the team to deliver outstanding resourcing solutions to clients and candidates. This involves delivering a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift's key global, regional, and new business clients. The manager must lead by example, displaying a hard work ethic and understanding of many aspects of the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Plan and direct the delivery team to achieve agreed targets and standards for performance, quality, culture, and legislative compliance.
- Provide innovative and unique solutions to recruiting in a highly competitive oil and gas industry.
- Deliver global, regional, and new business recruitment plans to drive recruitment forward and create new opportunities in a challenging market.
- Manage the direct performance of each member of the delivery team through an agreed performance management scheme.
