About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Export Operator to join our National Sea Logistics team. As a key member of our export operations team, you will be responsible for performing various operational tasks, including creating shipment details, organizing transport, monitoring performance, and reviewing shipping instructions from customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create accurate and timely shipment details in our internal system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and verify shipping instructions from customers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Arrange shipping line bookings and manage freight documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Resolving any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • A minimum of [AUS]$70,000 - $90,000 per annum salary package depending on experience.
  • Experience in the sea logistics industry, preferably in exports.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
