Drive Customer Engagement and Retention with TPG Telecom

We're seeking a seasoned Senior CRM Manager to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel customer lifecycle campaigns using Braze.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM automation and triggered lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels (SMS, email, in-app messaging, app push, web push, content cards)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations on CRM performance and business KPIs
  • Lead technical solutions for Braze integrations and champion the use of Braze features to maximize usage

What You'll Bring:

  • Extensive knowledge of Braze CRM and experience in technical CRM roles
  • Strong coding skills, including HTML and algorithms & data structures
  • Experience in building personalized journeys and lifecycle automations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
