We are seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This role is integral to managing and optimising our CRM tools and systems, ensuring that customer data is effectively captured, utilised, and leveraged to strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management and optimisation of CRM tools and systems to ensure efficient data capture and utilisation.
  • Maintain and manage the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Utilise CRM data to develop and implement personalised marketing strategies.
  • Take a hands-on approach to campaign execution, ensuring that marketing messages are effectively delivered to the right customers at the right time.
  • Design and execute comprehensive A/B testing strategies for CRM campaigns.
About You
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the financial services or FinTech industry.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of database management and data segmentation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting customer data.
