We're seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for driving customer activation, engagement, and retention through CRM automation and triggered lifecycle campaigns.

You'll work closely with our Braze team to identify opportunities to maximize usage of Braze features, manage end-to-end build and delivery of lifecycle campaigns, and monitor and analyze campaign performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Championing the CRM, Braze, and identifying opportunities to maximize usage of Braze features.
  • Managing end-to-end build and delivery of lifecycle campaigns and automation journeys using Braze across multiple channels.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations on CRM performance and business KPIs.
  • Leading technical solutions for Braze integrations.

Requirements include:

  • Extensive knowledge of and experience in Braze CRM.
  • Substantial experience within a technical CRM role.
  • Strong coding experience - HTML and solid knowledge of algorithms & data structures.
  • Experience in building personalized journeys and lifecycle automations.
  • Understanding of email campaigns and how to work in and build templates.
  • A team player with outstanding communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and relationships simultaneously.
