THE ROLE

The Strategic Human Capital Partner will provide end-to-end generalist support across the business, partnering closely with business leaders on all aspects of human capital. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will work alongside the business to add value and achieve goals.

Responsibilities include providing expert advice, guidance, and training to all managers on human capital matters. You will have operational, senior management, and leadership experience across the entire employee lifecycle, as well as OHS/RTW, learning and development, and rosters.

You will lead and manage enterprise agreement negotiations and industrial relations functions.

THE CRITERIA

To be successful, you will have experience working in a blue-collar environment. Strong employment law knowledge and confidence managing an employee relations caseload are essential. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
