About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a key administrative role.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, be able to juggle competing priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Monitoring tender portals for expressions of interest (EOIs) and requests for tenders (RFTs)
  • Setting up and maintaining project and client records in our systems
  • Creating and managing documentation and folders
  • Working with the team to coordinate and update bid programs, budgets and organisational charts
  • Managing version control of client documents
  • Managing tender communications, including requests for information (RFIs) and coordinating responses from the team
  • Scheduling and organising meetings and preparing supporting packs and presentations

  • Administering bids and tenders
  • Managing documentation and files
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Providing administrative support

The successful candidate will have a high level of organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They will also have experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally with exposure to bids, tenders or construction projects.
