Bid Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and creative Bid Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

  • Work with leaders to coordinate bid submissions, prioritising tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Oversee and participate in the end-to-end bid coordination process, working across multiple bids within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and tailor content.
  • Design professional, visually engaging documents using Adobe InDesign.
  • Review and refine submissions to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Actively contribute to the wider Business Development function, including marketing collateral and client engagement.
  • Continuously improve processes for greater efficiency and better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in bid coordination, ideally in architecture, design, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with diverse teams.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality.
