The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Horsham, Victoria. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day tasks, providing training and development, and building effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences through your naturally customer-centric mindset, striving to respond effectively to customer enquiries, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks and provide hands-on support and training to the team.
  • Build and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate the Canola seed portfolio, including order management, dispatch, and customer communications.
  • Proactively monitor and manage the end-to-end canola portfolio, identifying, communicating, and resolving issues as they arise.
