Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise between park managers and the marketing team, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
- Assist with onboarding new accommodation products and managing merchandise, signage, and stock levels.
- Coordinate signage, photography, and design requests with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Support marketing operations including website updates, collateral distribution, and content management across portals and intranet.
- Provide administrative support across the team, including inbox management, event coordination, invoicing, and gift card enquiries.
About You:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach to teamwork.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a genuine interest in supporting both park teams and guests.
- Interest in tourism and marketing welcomed; formal Marketing qualifications are a bonus but not essential.
