Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the culinary vision and menu innovation for our airline. As a senior executive, you will define the premium dining experience across lounges, inflight cabins, and service touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic product and experience design with a focus on premium culinary and F&B offerings
  • Lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with key partners to deliver operational excellence
  • Drive value through supplier and chef partnerships, oversee menu development, and ensure product selections meet quality and cost expectations
  • Balance creativity with commercial outcomes using data and customer insights

Requirements:
  • 12+ years' experience in food and beverage strategy, hospitality, airline catering, luxury service, or related industries
  • At least 5 years' experience in an airline environment
  • Proven expertise in strategic product and experience design, culinary innovation, and leading change in complex environments
  • Passion for customer-led innovation, elevating service experiences through insight and trend forecasting
  • Strong background in supplier relationship and contract management, delivering value and quality
  • Experienced people leader with a collaborative, cross-functional working style
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, balancing creativity with business performance
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline
