Job Title: Claims Service Consultant Level 1
Job Description:We are seeking an exceptional claims professional to manage a national portfolio of motor claims and handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner, fostering positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders while delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims
- Handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- A high level of customer service experience, preferably within a claims environment
- Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
