At our organisation, we value individuals who care for all the things that make people unique.

We are seeking a self-motivated Case Manager who is looking to develop by taking on a challenging portfolio in our team. The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of High Risk claims including return to work and medical expense management.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and improving technical expertise across all facets of claims management.
  • Proactively managing claims within delegated authority levels to achieve cost-effective outcomes within legislative frameworks.
  • Ensuring customer service standards are maintained and prompt resolution of enquiries.

You will also need:

  • An energetic and motivated approach to managing demanding portfolios
  • Case management experience in Workers Compensation (ideally front-end / Corporate claims)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise work tasks
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Advanced PC skills
