
Portfolio Case Manager

At our organisation, we value individuals who care for all the things that make people unique.
We are seeking a self-motivated Case Manager who is looking to develop by taking on a challenging portfolio in our team. The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of High Risk claims including return to work and medical expense management.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and improving technical expertise across all facets of claims management.
- Proactively managing claims within delegated authority levels to achieve cost-effective outcomes within legislative frameworks.
- Ensuring customer service standards are maintained and prompt resolution of enquiries.
You will also need:
- An energetic and motivated approach to managing demanding portfolios
- Case management experience in Workers Compensation (ideally front-end / Corporate claims)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise work tasks
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Advanced PC skills
