Claims Specialist Position

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where you can make a meaningful difference in people's lives. As a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims, providing strategic advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders. You will develop and implement effective strategies to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.

To achieve this goal, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless claim handling and resolution. Your thorough investigations and assessments will determine claim validity and potential risks. Finally, you will prepare and present reports and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of claims, providing strategic advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
