  • Provide expert knowledge of local area attractions and activities, helping our guests to make the most of their stay
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Utilize a range of communication tools, including telephones, computers, and other technology
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a seamless check-in experience for our guests
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of traveling within our Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs, driving business growth and success
