Sales and Customer Service Role
  • Register owners and guests, provide local area information, and complete department-related paperwork.
  • Use communication equipment effectively and meet guests face-to-face to generate sales appointments.
About the Job

This part-time and full-time position requires excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm. As a Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Lead Generator, you'll build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities include greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, completing all department-related paperwork, using communication equipment, meeting guests face-to-face to generate sales appointments, establishing commonality and building rapport with customers, working closely with the resort operations team, clearly articulating the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community, and meeting targets and KPIs as set by the business.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous.
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
