Customer Service Specialist

We are a leading manufacturer of consumer goods, serving top FMCG and Retail customers.
- Provide excellent customer service via email and phone to a large portfolio of customers.
- Offer ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize various applications to assist customers with order requirements.
- Manage cases within the CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers.
- Communicate promptly with customers regarding order status when needed.
Key skills include:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Strong communication skills for inbound and outbound stakeholders.
- Prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
