Customer Service Representative

Your role as a customer service professional puts you in the driver's seat of our service delivery, giving you the autonomy to do what you do best - helping customers achieve their goals.

You'll be the face of the organization and customer service expert, supporting customers with their queries, transactions, and needs. This is a dynamic and high-impact role where you'll make a difference in people's lives by:

  • Exploring customers' needs through conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partnering with specialists.
  • Supporting customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.
  • Being the go-to person for customers, handling transactions, investigating queries, and assisting with paperwork while keeping risk considerations at the forefront.
  • Embracing lifelong learning, bringing your brilliant mind, and taking your career to the next level with on-the-job training and development opportunities.
  • Building connections and supporting customers, giving back, and making communities a better place.

This is a permanent, part-time position with a roster of 60 hours per fortnight. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in customer-facing environments and the ability to meet targets.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk-conscious mindset.
  • Confidence to communicate with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • A willingness to understand and communicate what makes our organization unique.
