Job Description

We manufacture a wide range of products that people use every day.


Our customer base is comprised of major companies in the FMCG, Retail and Fresh Produce sectors.


This role will focus on providing exceptional customer service to a large portfolio of customers via email and phone.


You will utilize various applications to assist customers with their order requirements.


You will manage cases within our CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers.


When necessary, you will provide prompt communication to customers regarding order status.


You will ensure that customer queries are handled efficiently and to their satisfaction.


You will develop strong ongoing relationships with customers.

This role requires previous experience in fast-paced customer service and administrative environments.


Experience working in manufacturing, warehousing or FMCG settings is also required.


A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and quality is necessary.


Strong communication skills, including both inbound and outbound interactions (phone and email), are essential.


Prioritization and problem-solving skills are required.


The ability to remain calm under pressure is necessary.


Confidence in building relationships over the phone to resolve issues is essential.
