Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live video feeds from CCTV cameras to detect any security threats or policy violations.
  • Identify and address suspicious activities or unauthorized access in real-time.
  • Communicate with store managers and security personnel to take immediate action in response to security incidents.
  • Keep detailed records of incidents, including timestamps, descriptions, and outcomes, for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Train employees on proper security procedures and CCTV equipment use to enhance overall safety and security measures.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed to provide evidence for investigations and support legal proceedings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CCTV monitoring to continuously improve security protocols and efficiency.
