Job Title: Security Specialist

We are seeking a Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for operating access control systems, CCTV, and visitor management tools, providing a professional presence at front desks, receptions, or control rooms, and responding promptly to incidents and assisting with emergency protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating access control systems, CCTV, and visitor management tools

  • Supporting workplace events and the safe movement of personnel

Requirements:

  • A current NSW Security Licence
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification (HLTAID011, HLTAID010, HLTAID009)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and reliability
  • The ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to changing situations
