The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring CCTV surveillance systems, responding to alarm activations, and maintaining data and security records.
About the Role:
- Monitor and control CCTV surveillance systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to alarm activations and investigate incidents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and responses.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve security-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and procedures to improve performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Security License (NSW 1A) with at least 12 months of experience.
- Proven experience in CCTV operational management, including technical system operation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- RSA and White Card certifications.
