The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring CCTV surveillance systems, responding to alarm activations, and maintaining data and security records.

About the Role:

  • Monitor and control CCTV surveillance systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond promptly to alarm activations and investigate incidents.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and responses.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve security-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and procedures to improve performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Security License (NSW 1A) with at least 12 months of experience.
  • Proven experience in CCTV operational management, including technical system operation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • RSA and White Card certifications.
