Red Handed Security is an Australian owned Security company. For over 20 years we have been providing security solutions to commercial and government clients nationwide.

We are seeking an experienced Service & Maintenance technician to join our team in NSW. Reporting to the technical manager, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and installations of electronic security equipment for our commercial and government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intercom systems- Gallagher, Integriti, Inception, Tecom, Bosch, Genetec, Milestone, 2N, Bticino.
  • Service-Diagnoses and fault finding specialist
  • Manage projects / commission and handover systems
  • Conduct preventative maintenance for Alarms, CCTV & Access Control systems
  • Liaising with customers on technical and service matters
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 + years experience as an Electronic Security Technician
  • Must have a valid NSW Security Installers Licence
  • Must have open Registration Cabling Licence
  • White Card
  • EWP Licence
  • A valid NSW Drivers Licence
  • Proven experience with installing and servicing Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intercom systems.
  • Must have excellent understanding and ability to program and service ,Integriti and Tecom Challenger
  • Gallagher , Genetec or Milestone are an advantage.
  • Ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
