Job Title: Security Operations Specialist

This full-time position involves managing access control, monitoring critical systems, and providing security services to create safe environments for corporate offices and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Securing corporate office space and critical infrastructure through static and roving duties
  • Monitoring CCTV systems and managing access control
  • Responding to alarms and escalating security breaches to the Supervisor
  • Providing basic First Aid and responding to incidents onsite
  • Enforcing client badging and access control policies
  • Performing daily security operations as planned by the site Security Supervisor
  • Participating in scheduled safety and security exercises
  • Maintaining a collaborative working relationship with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current NSW Security License
  • The ability to adapt quickly to different situations and make well-informed decisions with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A working command of the English language (verbal & written)
  • IT proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • A strong customer service orientation and sense of ownership
About the Role

This role involves rotational day and night shifts and requires the holder of a current NSW Security License.
