Surveillance Operator Job

The company is seeking a Surveillance Operator to join their team. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of staff, members, guests, and property using over 450 CCTV cameras.

  • Live monitoring of CCTV using Avigilon system
  • Actioning police CCTV requests
  • Backing up of Body Worn Cameras
  • Communicating via 2-way radio to various departments
  • Monitoring and actioning alarms systems
  • Liaising with Emergency Services
  • Operation of the EWIS Panel
  • Data entry and administration tasks
  • Export and interpretation of gaming meter reports
  • Investigations using reporting programs and CCTV
  • Analysing customer transactions and behaviours for potential Money-Laundering/Terrorist Financing behaviour
  • Reporting to regulatory bodies as necessary
  • Performing enhanced due diligence checks

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NNSW Security Industry Licence Class 1A/E
  • Security and liquor certificates
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Proficient in writing intelligence reports
