About the Role

We are seeking an experienced security operations specialist to join our team at a high-profile client site in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to detect and respond to suspicious or unauthorised activities
  • Logging and escalating incidents in line with site protocols
  • Conducting regular system checks to ensure all surveillance and communication equipment is functioning
  • Preparing accurate and timely incident reports and logs
  • Maintaining situational awareness and providing ongoing operational support to site security personnel
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience working in a control room or security operations centre
  • Proven ability to operate complex CCTV and security management systems
  • NNSW Security Licence (with Control Room function)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
