About the Role

This role involves identifying, developing, and executing strategic growth opportunities in the property management sector. You will focus on expanding client relationships through strong pipeline generation, driving revenue growth, and building lasting partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities through phone canvassing, door knocking, and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Bilateral client relationships to grow the rent roll and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market appraisals and present property management services to prospective clients.
  • Convert proposals into management agreements and coordinate documentation ensuring legal compliance.
  • Provide professional, accurate advice and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on business development and client interactions.
About You
  • Previous experience in a similar business development role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable).
  • Proven track record in developing and securing new business, including canvassing, prospecting, and marketing.
  • Experience in the local property market.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of applicable Real Estate legislation.
  • Current Property Management and/or Real Estate Licence, Certificate of Registration.
  • Driver's licence (essential).
