Job Role

This role plays a key part in expanding our client base by generating new business opportunities. The focus will be on driving revenue growth within the property sector.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through canvassing, door knocking, and targeted marketing.
  • Buid strong client relationships to grow the rent roll and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market appraisals and present property management services to clients.
  • Convert proposals into agreements and coordinate documentation ensuring compliance.
  • Provide professional advice and maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on business development and client interactions.
About You
  • Previous experience in a similar business development role.
  • Relevant qualifications (desired).
  • A proven track record in developing new business.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Computer and administration skills.
  • An understanding of Real Estate legislation.
  • A current Property Management Licence, Certificate of Registration.
  • A driver's licence.
