This key role plays a pivotal part in fostering strong employer and member relationships, driving retention, engagement, and strategic growth across a portfolio of major accounts.

About the Role

We seek a driven and relationship-focused professional to join our team in a permanent capacity. This role is central to maintaining and growing our employer and member base, with a focus on managing key accounts and contributing to the fund's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of employer and member accounts through proactive engagement and service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, attending industry events and client functions as required.
  • Execute formalised client engagement strategies and member service initiatives.
  • Support the onboarding of new business and ensure seamless transitions for large employers.
  • Deliver education programs and promote campaigns across your portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and ensure compliance with AFSL and RG146 requirements.
  • Provide insights and reporting on service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance.

About You

We are looking for an individual with:

Proven experience in account management, client engagement, or business development.Strong knowledge of superannuation, industrial relations, and financial products.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.RG146 accreditation (or willingness to complete certification).Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or Diploma of Financial Planning.
