Strata Portfolio Manager Opportunity

A unique chance to work 5 days a fortnight from home with a leading property services provider.

About the Role:

  • Maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes and build relationships with clients as a trusted advisor in all things strata.
  • Facilitate and attend AGMs and other meetings, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
  • Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with building regulations and insurance requirements.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has experience as an Owners Corporation Manager/Strata Manager or similar role in other industries.
  • Excels in portfolio and/or account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Is skilled in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Can negotiate and manage conflicts effectively, finding common ground and achieving cooperation.
