Strata Management Opportunity

The role of Strata Manager is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong organisational and communication skills.

As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of strata schemes, presenting a solid understanding of relevant legislation and procedures relating to strata management.

Effective communication with multiple stakeholders, including Owners Corporations, Building Managers, Contractors and Owners, is also an essential part of this role.

Key responsibilities include organising insurance and preparing annual budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate of registration in Strata Management
  • Previous experience managing a portfolio of buildings, whether small or large
  • Ability to deal with diverse clientele across various regions while maintaining professionalism
  • Capacity to work autonomously yet contribute to the culture and growth of the team
