The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Strata Manager who is looking for a change of scenery and looking to be a key player in our success story. In this role, you will manage a well-established portfolio of long-term residential and community schemes based in the Hills & Northern Beaches region.

This is a permanent, full-time position, where you will be based at our Norwest Office.

Your Day-to Day:

  • Manage a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of common areas, collaborating with contractors for quality outcomes.
  • Lead AGMs and owners' meetings, preparing agendas, reports, and minutes with clear communication.
  • Provide expert advice to owners, committees, and residents on all strata-related matters.
  • Maintain financial records, budgets, and strata levies to ensure transparency and integrity.
  • Develop and implement management plans and long-term maintenance strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Holder of a current Class 1 or Class 2 License
  • Proven experience as a Strata Manager managing high volume of buildings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - able to build trust quickly.
  • A current driver's license and vehicle to manage properties across the area
