We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Strata Manager to join our dynamic team.About the Role:In this position, you'll manage a portfolio of schemes delivering high-level service and strategic advice.
Your key responsibilities will include:· Providing expert guidance and superior service to a portfolio of clients· Chairing General Meetings & Strata Committee meetings· Preparing and presenting budgets for Annual General Meetings (AGMs)· Overseeing the financial health of buildings within your portfolio· Creating agendas and documentation for AGMs and committee meetings· Managing repairs, maintenance, and service contracts effectively· Coordinating timely resolutions to enquiriesAbout You:To thrive in this role, you will be a confident, proactive, and experienced professional with:· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Strong organisational abilities with a focus on timely follow-ups· A sound knowledge of relevant NSW strata legislation· Proven experience in client relationship management· Solid financial and budget management capabilities· A solutions-focused, decisive mindset· The ability to work independently with minimal supervision· A professional, well-presented demeanour with strong verbal and written communication skillsWhat We Offer:· Competitive salary package What We Offer:· Competitive salary package · 50% Schedule B's· On-site parking· A supportive "pod" structure to help you succeed· A collaborative and fun workplace culture· Opportunities to attend industry events and expand your professional network· A modern office in St Leonards, conveniently located near shops, cafes, and public transportAt Vital Strata, we value hard work, celebrate achievements, and foster a team environment where individuals are truly appreciated.
