We are a leading strata management company in Belmore seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strata Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata properties and ensuring that all aspects of their management run smoothly and efficiently.

Full Time Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of strata properties and ensuring that all aspects of their management run smoothly and efficiently

Communicating with and providing support to strata owners and tenants

Handling and resolving disputes and complaints

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Coordinating and supervising maintenance and repairs

Organizing and chairing meetings of strata owners

Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings

Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in strata management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations

The ability to answer technical/strata management questions

Team player

Strong computer skills, including experience with strata management software
