Strata Assistant Role:
**About the role**:
A Strata Assistant assists 1-2 Licensed Strata Managers in the day to day administration of a portfolio of strata buildings. This is an exciting opportunity for you to get into strata industry with a company that offers all the tools and support you need to build a successful career:

- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Assist with quotes requests, approvals and following ups
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Drafting breaching notices and performing general administrative tasks.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to support the management of large-scale or significant issues.

**Requirements & expectation**:

- Enthusiasm for Strata Industry, desire to learn and grow.
- Strong customer service experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective multitasking and time management abilities, with great attention to detail.
- Previous experience in Strata Assistant role or tertiary qualification preferable ( but not essential).
- Adaptability and a good team
- oriented mindset.
