Strata Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strata Manager to oversee our medium-sized portfolio of 61 plans. As a Strata Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our strata schemes, including handling enquiries, corresponding with owners and committee members, arranging quotations and work orders, and monitoring residents' adherence to by-laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of our strata portfolio
  • Handling enquiries and correspondence with owners, committee members, and other stakeholders
  • Arranging quotations and work orders for maintenance and repairs
  • Monitoring residents' adherence to by-laws and ensuring compliance
  • Preparing budgets and agendas for meetings
  • Conducting AGMs and attending OCMs as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in strata management
  • Current Strata Certificate or License
  • Valid driver's license
