- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of a comprehensive data cleanse project for our retail chain.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall delivery efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the Search & Attract and Data Cleanse domains.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in leading delivery teams, especially in the Search & Attract domain.
- Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
- Experience in data cleansing projects within large organizations, preferably in the retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies in search and data management.
