About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Director to join our Master Planned Communities team in Melbourne.

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary package of $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will drive profit centre performance by delivering projects within cash flow and profit return benchmarks while integrating and consistently delivering HSE and sustainability measures that support successful projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of project delivery, including development and operating expenditure, contracts, approvals, sales and marketing, risks, and opportunities in accordance with the approved LTF and maximising opportunities for improved returns.
  • Driving the project teams to improve the customer experience along the customer journey and ensuring professional and timely management of customer issues.
  • Managing the strategy and implementation of various aspects of the sales and marketing process.
  • Promoting and role-modeling Stockland's continued commitment to and leadership in sustainability and supporting the delivery of a community and environmental shared value proposition.

About You

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Property/Development and/or extensive relevant experience.
  • Experience managing teams with an adaptive leadership style that is collaborative.
  • Project, planning, cost, and risk management expertise.
  • Development industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen and significant forecasting and financial management.
