Davidson is proud to partner with a leading banking institution on an exciting project within their Group Marketing division. This role will focus on enhancing the use of customer consent and preferences for marketing communications as part of a broader strategic initiative.
About the Role
As the Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of marketing consent and preference solutions, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to future-state platforms.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with various domain teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and outcomes.
- Acting as a Scrum Master, guiding teams through agile practices, fostering collaboration, and managing team dynamics for optimal productivity.
- Facilitating communication between business and technology stakeholders, particularly on complex and strategic initiatives.
- Assisting teams in planning and prioritising work to meet business goals, coordinating efforts across multiple squads and domains.
- Managing sprint reviews and backlogs, reducing duplication of work, and addressing blockers to maintain project momentum.
- Preparing and presenting cross-domain dependencies and updates to relevant forums, ensuring key stakeholders are informed of progress.
About You
- Proven experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong skills in project, program, and portfolio management, with the ability to steer long-term strategies and technology roadmaps.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, ideally with experience as a Scrum Master.
- Ability to navigate large, complex organisations and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of marketing and enterprise data, with a good grasp of data security risks.
- Familiarity with marketing consent initiatives.
- Experience liaising with legal teams is advantageous.
