We are seeking an exceptional Nursing Professional to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

About The Opportunity
  • As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of positive ageing and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement high-quality nursing care plans, manage resident care proactively, and drive continuous improvement in our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality care to each resident while maintaining their privacy and dignity.
  2. Support new graduates, oversee clinical placements, and mentor RNs from overseas working in our Home.
  3. Develop, monitor, and implement individualized nursing care plans based on comprehensive assessments and resident feedback.
  4. Lead case conferences to ensure all relevant input is evaluated and considered in planning and providing person-centered care.
  5. Drive strong clinical governance across the organization and advocate for residents' needs in influencing clinical policy.
  6. Participate in clinical research and evaluation initiatives to promote best practices.
  7. Provide direct and indirect supervision for registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and care staff.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • RN experience in aged care with 3 years of post-basic or post-graduate experience.
  • Strong leadership capability, ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound computer skills, including MS Office suite.
