We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to support and inspire our team at Horsley. The role will work within our philosophy and core values to deliver tailored care services that maximize resident satisfaction.
The successful candidate will advise Managers, SDAs/RNs, and Care Staff in clinical care delivery aligned with our model of care, provide education in clinical areas and processes, facilitate clinical care delivery by Carers, and support and investigate clinical/resident incidents as required.
