As a compassionate and experienced leader in aged care, you have the opportunity to lead a vibrant team at a single level home.
The Lead Residential Manager will oversee day-to-day operations ensuring highest standards of care and service for residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
- Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Driving continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
- Operational planning and resource management
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation and quality standards
- Proven leadership in aged care operations including rostering
- A collaborative, compassionate leadership style and excellent communication skills
