About the Role
The Senior Care Coordinator will drive high-quality services at IRT Culburra Beach, working closely with the care team to ensure residents achieve an optimal quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and managing the care team to deliver exceptional care and support
- Monitoring residents' care needs and developing personalized care plans
- Participating in case conferences and evaluating care plans as per policy
- Completing resident assessments on admission and as needs/care changes
This role requires passion for delivering high-quality care and services to seniors, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong understanding of legislative requirements and ability to maintain accurate records is essential.
This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
