Aged Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Care Director. This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking, strong clinical governance, and the ability to nurture partnerships with residents and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality improvements across all aspects of resident care. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing evidence-based care programs to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Mentoring and supporting the development of clinical skills among carers and nurses.
  • Overseeing clinical audits and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Coordinating the provision of clinical resources to meet the needs of residents.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a clinical leadership position, preferably in aged care.
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of older adults and their families.
  • Current registration as a registered nurse (AHPRA).
  • Proven experience in managing people and budgets.
