We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Leader to join our team. As a Senior Care Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care services that enhance the lives of our residents.

  • Participating in case conferences and evaluating care plans according to policy.
  • Completing resident assessments on admission and as needs/care changes.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines, assisting in maintaining financial requirements.
