As Principal ESD Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing residential and commercial consulting teams to deliver exceptional service and project profitability
  • Supporting the roll-out of new services, including Green Star, NABERS, WELL, and Passive House
  • Influencing the future direction of ESD policy and managing client relationships
  • Developing new business opportunities and assessing business risks and opportunities
  • Ensuring clients receive meaningful reports and managing project and portfolio budgets

With a strong background in building design or construction, business development, and team leadership, you will be well-equipped to drive sales, profitability, and service improvement.

This is a leadership role that requires a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish clear objectives and targets for your team.
