We are seeking an experienced and passionate ESD (Environmental Sustainability and Design) professional to join our team as a Principal ESD Consulting Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's vision for a more sustainable future.

About the Role
  • Lead our residential and commercial consulting teams to deliver exceptional service and project profitability.
  • Support the roll-out of new services, including Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Passive House, Daylight and Solar access studies, and Building Services Engineering.
  • Influence the future direction of ESD policy and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop opportunities for new business and assess business risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure clients receive meaningful reports and manage project and portfolio budgets and workflows.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in building design or construction.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and tendering.
  • Growth mindset to grow and scale the business to the next level.
  • Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and service improvement.
  • Experience in managing design or consulting teams in the construction industry.
