About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sustainability Leader to join our team as Principal ESD Consulting Manager. This is a leadership role that will drive the company's sustainability services forward, leveraging your expertise in building design and construction to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of ESD consultants, focusing on exceptional service delivery and project profitability.
  • Support the roll-out of new services, including Green Star, NABERS, WELL, and Passive House.
  • Influence the future direction of ESD policy and strategy.
  • Develop and present business cases for new services and opportunities.
  • Manage project and portfolio budgets and workflows.
  • Establish and implement processes and procedures to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in building design or construction.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and tendering.
  • Growth mindset to drive sales, profitability, and service improvement.
  • Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and service improvement.
  • Experience in managing design or consulting teams in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
